3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered via courier to the shipping address specified within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, following the confirmation of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the shipping carrier’s operational processes.


4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN POLICY)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification and without penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or through a permanent data storage device within this period.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be returned complete and undamaged, including its original packaging, accessories, and any promotional gifts.

  • The original invoice must be included with the return. For corporate orders, a "Return Invoice" must be issued.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products customized or prepared according to the Buyer’s specific requests or personal needs.

  • Products that have been unsealed, used, or are unsuitable for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons.


5. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Buyer may submit any complaints or objections through the Seller’s contact channels provided above. Additionally, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Buyer may file disputes with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the jurisdiction where the Buyer resides or where the Seller is located.
