CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped or if the invoice has not been issued. To initiate a cancellation for products purchased on , please contact our support line at +90 212 317 47 82 or email us at info@dbcsaglik.com.

  • Please Note: These terms apply exclusively to purchases made via our official website. Orders for personalized products, or items modified according to specific customer requests and requirements, cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & The Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items.

  • Eligibility: To exercise this right, the product must be unused and you must notify us via email or phone within the 30-day period.

  • Condition of Return: Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificates, product box, packaging, and all other documents or materials provided.

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of value that occurs during the return shipping process, whether caused by the carrier or the customer.

  • Prior Authorization: Returns sent without prior approval from will not be accepted, and the shipment will be rejected.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received, our experts will inspect it to ensure all return conditions are met.

  • Approved Returns: The refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase or back to the relevant bank account for Wire/EFT payments.

  • Processing Time: The time it takes for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement depends on your bank and typically ranges between 1 to 4 weeks.

4. Shipping Instructions for Returns

  • Packaging: Items must be placed in a new shipping bag/poly mailer. Products should never be handed over to the courier without protective outer packaging.

  • Photo Confirmation: The customer must take a full-size photo of the shipping bag, ensuring the seal number is clearly visible, and email it to info@dbcsaglik.com.

  • Invoice Requirement: Returning the original invoice is mandatory. If the original invoice is not provided, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.

  • Service Fees: For orders utilizing "Same Day Delivery" or "International Delivery," the initial shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
