SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Delivery Terms Each purchased product will be delivered to the individual and/or entity at the address specified by the Buyer within 2-3 business days. If the product is not delivered within this timeframe, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

2. Force Majeure & Cancellations In the event of unforeseen force majeure circumstances that prevent timely delivery, the Buyer will be promptly notified. In such cases, the Buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a comparable item, or postpone delivery until the disruption is resolved.

  • Cash Payments: If the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued in cash within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed and sent to the bank within 14 days of cancellation. Please note that while we issue the refund immediately, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect the amount in the Buyer’s account.
